good location but a bit chaotic
The location provided a nice retreat from louder areas, yet I could reach them easily. Zen's dedication to hosting was clear in his service.
Breakfast options could be clearer.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and I loved how accommodating the manager was in letting us book in early. We truly enjoyed the pool table, even though it wasn't a working bar as advertised. Would absolutely choose this place again!

We checked in early and were thrilled to find we had a lovely sea view room waiting for us. The sun terrace was perfect for lounging, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the waves. The room could use a bit of updating, but it was cozy and comfortable overall. definitely grab breakfast before hitting the beach! ☀️

Exceptional hospitality and great location
I was really impressed by the fantastic host who went above and beyond during our stay. He brought us ice and fresh orange juice to our room, and even allowed us to extend our check-out time at no charge when our train was canceled. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the promenade—making it easy to enjoy Blackpool’s attractions. One area for improvement would be adding more decoration to the dining room, which felt a bit outdated for my taste.

Had a proper laugh in the lounge area—though it wasn't an actual bar, we had our own drinks and enjoyed a good game on the pool table. The host even stepped up when we had a tricky situation with a lost soul who needed a place to crash. Top marks for that hospitality!
Arriving was a bit dodgy—waited ages, and the room felt more like a box than a double! The mattress was flatter than a pancake, and brekkie was a letdown with those dodgy microwaved cold chips. Not what we expected!

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The manager was super accommodating and gave me an additional sea view room at no extra cost. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked, and generously portioned. It felt great to enjoy the morning without worrying about our luggage. the stairs were quite steep for my mum, and she managed, but it was definitely something to consider. The carpet in the room felt dated, and the TV didn’t work properly. Still, the staff did their best to ensure we felt welcome. I would definitely consider coming back for the breakfast and the pleasant service.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the host, who was always ready to assist. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing with friends, and its central location made it easy for us to explore Blackpool's attractions.
Could use more accessible seating in the lounge.

The central access to local nightlife made it easy to explore the vibrant scene. Proximity to the beach ensured quick and sandy strolls, which were a nice perk.
The room I ended up in felt cramped, barely big enough to turn around without bumping into furniture. Noise from the floor above was relentless, with what sounded like a stampede keeping me awake-clearly, soundproofing needs work. The breakfast setup-despite the promise of a full English-turned out to be a continental selection that lacked basics like bread and included cold items. The Wi-Fi setup was a hassle, with no one around to share the access code, forcing a costly day pass instead. It felt more like a budget place trying to charge a lot for what it offered.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay in the Family Room, despite the many stairs. The location was lively, ideal for group outings. Be mindful of the steps if traveling with kids. Dining options on-site were convenient but could benefit from more variety.

Chill spot with fab breakfast
We crashed here for a night, and the location was perfect—quiet but close to all the buzz. Zen was super friendly and really put in the effort to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was ace, just make sure to tell him if you want something other than a full English. The wifi was kinda slow, though.
